There’s a lot of links, news and commentary on the Libyan protests going around Tumblr at the moment. I’m not writing about it or reblogging any because I’m not at all confident in my understanding of the facts and the factors at play - I don’t think my voice is particularly helpful in this context. Instead, I am reading Al Jazeera and my dashboard.

I want to thank the people I follow who have been reblogging and commenting on what is happening in Libya. I’m not writing this for any one person, but for a whole host of people reblogging and elaborating on and updating and critiquing the conversation surrounding this revolution. Thank you for keeping me apprised and helping me inform myself. It is not be the most important thing in comparison to the bravery of the people of Libya, but I deeply appreciate it.
